Your classroom. Your information.
Frenchify is a WebQube product. This notice describes the information used by our website and classroom tools. Last updated September 18, 2026.
When you request teacher access
We collect your name, email address, teaching setting, any message you choose to provide and a record of your contact consent. The Frenchify administrator uses these details to review your request and follow up about access. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Please do not include student names, grades or other private student information in an access request. For questions about a request, contact gurkamal@webqube.ca.
Information in your classroom
Classroom accounts use names, email addresses, account roles and password credentials. Depending on the tools used by your teacher, Frenchify also stores courses, group memberships, schedules, materials, uploads, messages, assignment submissions, feedback, grades, vocabulary, study logs and invoice or payment records.
Teachers manage their courses and their students’ classroom access. Students can access the classroom information made available to them. The Frenchify administrator can access teacher workspaces through an administrative impersonation feature; starting and ending those sessions is recorded in an audit log.
Optional services you connect
A teacher may authorize a Google Calendar connection. Frenchify stores the connection credentials needed to create or update lesson events and Google Meet links in that teacher’s primary calendar. Lesson details sent to Google include the lesson title, class group name, start and end times and a request for a meeting link. Teachers can disconnect Google in classroom settings and manage permissions in their Google account.
When AI assistance is configured and someone requests it, Frenchify sends their prompt and the selected classroom context to OpenAI. This can include assignment instructions, student work and selected images or PDFs. AI output is a draft for review. Avoid sending information that is unnecessary for the task. Google and OpenAI process information under their own applicable service terms and privacy policies.
Configured email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver the application and classroom notifications. Ask us if you need details about the services used for your workspace.
Cookies and browser preferences
Frenchify uses session and security cookies for sign-in and form protection. Your browser can also remember the motion preference for the current browsing session. Website fonts are served from Frenchify.
Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, such as page views, scrolling and resource downloads. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser and usage information under Google’s privacy policy. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our tag configuration. The tag is not installed in the classroom, sign-in or password-reset pages. We do not send access-request form answers to Google Analytics, and our page-view configuration removes URL query strings and fragments. You can block analytics using your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The server may record technical information about requests, such as network addresses and errors, to operate the service and investigate problems.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email gurkamal@webqube.ca. Identify the account or request concerned without sending your password. We may need to confirm your identity and coordinate with your classroom teacher before acting on a request.
The application does not automatically delete classroom records or access requests after a fixed period. Contact WebQube to discuss retention or removal for your workspace. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete information already sent to that provider.
