A thoughtful space. Shared responsibilities.
These terms describe use of Frenchify, the classroom software provided by WebQube. Last updated September 18, 2026.
Classroom software and access
Frenchify helps teachers organize lessons, materials, homework, feedback and student practice. Teachers provide their own teaching and curriculum. Frenchify does not provide an accredited qualification, an official exam assessment or a guaranteed learning outcome.
Teacher accounts are created by a Frenchify administrator. Students join through their teacher. A request for access does not create an account or make a purchase. Discuss current availability and any commercial terms with WebQube before making a commitment.
Look after your account and classroom
Use your own account, keep your password private and give accurate account information. Do not access another person’s workspace without authorization or attempt to bypass access controls.
Teachers are responsible for selecting appropriate materials, managing invitations, reviewing assessment decisions and obtaining any permissions needed to use student information or teaching materials. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share, or use classroom messages to harass others.
Your teaching materials and work
Use Frenchify to store and share materials and student work only with the intended classroom. Providing content enables the application to display and process it for the classroom features you use. Keep your own copies of materials and records that are important to you.
The downloadable teacher templates are provided for adaptation in your teaching. They are examples, not official CEFR, TEF or TCF assessment documents.
Connected tools and AI drafts
Google Calendar and Meet are optional connected services and are subject to Google’s applicable terms. Availability and behavior can depend on your account and permissions.
Optional AI assistance can make mistakes. Check generated exercises, translations and feedback before using or sharing them. Teachers remain responsible for published grades and feedback. Read the privacy notice before sending classroom information to a connected service.
Support and questions
Contact gurkamal@webqube.ca with access questions, a technical problem or a request to stop using a workspace. Students should also contact their teacher about lessons, grades and classroom invitations.
Service features can change as Frenchify develops. Check with WebQube if a particular feature or integration is essential for your teaching before relying on it.
